We operate primarily by appointment to ensure the best service and time management for all clients.
🚶♂️ Walk-ins are welcome, however please note that appointments will always take priority. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins where availability allows.

New customers are required to pay upfront when booking.
After your first appointment, please let us know if you would prefer to pay in-store via cash or card, and we will accommodate your preference.

📖 TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
♦️ A valid email address and bank card are required to secure your booking.
♦️ Appointments can be cancelled via our app or website up to 6 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 6 hours must be done by contacting the shop directly and will incur a 50% charge.
♦️ No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Future bookings will require full payment at the time of booking.
♦️ Please contact us if you are running more than 10 minutes late.
We work on a tight schedule, and your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
