Rob

Rob is the co-owner of Lou's Barbershop which he runs with his wife Lou. He has been barbering for over 10 years now and fell in love with the craft from the moment he picked up a pair of scissors. For him this is not a job but a lifestyle and enjoys making his customer feel great by helping them with their appearance. Robs career highlights include helping Lou's to win english barber of the year 2 years running, placing top 3 in salon cymru, cutting on stage at Europe's largest barber exhibition and working with renowned photographer Justin Harris on a collection of hairstyles.

Lou is the boss lady

She has been in the barbering industry for nearly 15 years and is the brains behind Lou's Barbershop. Since having 3 beautiful children Lou now works 3/4 days a week and loves seeing her business grow from strength to strength. Her customers are her main priority and she loves seeing them leave the shop happy

Jade

Jade is very enthusiastic about her work and takes great pride with every client she has in her chair. She's been with us since for 3 years and has enjoyed being part of the team. She has been qualified in hairdressing and barbering for 10 years and is very passionate about what she does

Helen

Helen has been with us for 2 years but has been in the hair industry for 27 years. She works Monday - Friday as she spends her weekends running around after her 3 children. She's very bubbly and loves to chat!

Beth has been part of team Lou’s for many years, after taking some time away after having children she decided to come back part time. Beth has been barbering for over 10 years and is a vital part of our team

Angelo has been with Lou’s for 2 years and started as an apprentice he now has a busy regular client base and gives top knotty trims and service, don't hesitate to jump in his chair

Georgina has been here for just under a year but has been in the barbering industry for 20+ years. She is bubbly and crazy but you can’t help but love her 😂

📲 APPOINTMENTS PRIORITY BARBERSHOP 📲

We operate primarily by appointment to ensure the best service and time management for all clients.

🚶‍♂️ Walk-ins are welcome, however please note that appointments will always take priority. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins where availability allows.

 

💷 PAYMENT POLICY 💷

New customers are required to pay upfront when booking.
After your first appointment, please let us know if you would prefer to pay in-store via cash or card, and we will accommodate your preference.

📖 TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

♦️ A valid email address and bank card are required to secure your booking.

♦️ Appointments can be cancelled via our app or website up to 6 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 6 hours must be done by contacting the shop directly and will incur a 50% charge.

♦️ No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Future bookings will require full payment at the time of booking.

♦️ Please contact us if you are running more than 10 minutes late.
We work on a tight schedule, and your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
